[opensuse-factory] openQA missing jobs for PowerPC in new installed server

If I compare the outputs of "openSUSE Tumbleweed PowerPC" group in openqa.opensuse.org (1) with a new installed openqa host, I found many differences about the list of tests as summarised in (2) I guess those differences are related to missing entries in the opensuse/templates (3) Is it a correct assumption ? or how to have a new installed openQA host to have same jobs as defined in (1) ? Yes, the assumption is correct. There is currently no test or check that the templates file corresponds to the database entries as we have it on the production system.

So far I think the easiest approach would be to ask admins of the instance openqa.opensuse.org to provide you the content of the current database tables in a machine readable format, e.g. as the operators or admins could do with a call to the "client" script querying routes as '/api/v1/job_templates'. Is it possible to have a simple user (not admin) of openQA to display DB entries as read only mode via the logged in menu in (1) ? As today my non-admin user id (michel_mno) only display one Logout line in the menu. I would like to access DB entries for: Medium types Machines Test suites Job groups Assets I am asking for those access because I still identified differences between reported tests for PowerPC in openQA server (2) and tests from a new installed server.
