[opensuse-factory] pt_br Keyboard problem
Hi guys I was using an international keyboard configured for pt_br and everything was fine. When I changed my keyboard to a pt_br one, weird problem happened. Every time I boot the system, pt_br configuration is lost and I have to go to Yast and reconfigure the keyboard. Any ideas? Maybe your desktop environment (GNOME, Plasma, whatever) has your old configuration "cached"? Per-user configuration performed by desktops overrides system-wide configuration performed by YaST. And using YaST does not reset the configuration stored by the desktop. I was facing a similar problem. I described it here:
https://github.com/kamarada/kiwi-config-Kamarada/issues/2
And the YaST team opened this bug report:
https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1003618
Please check if your problem is equal or at least related to that one
and let us know.

Hi all After I configure my keyboard in Plasma 5, everything is ok. Sorry for the confusion, but I was a long time Mandrake/Mandriva/Mageia user and when I change a keyboard there, it's all set in the graphical environment. It's fine now. Thanks for all that have responded to my initial message. Luiz Alberto Saba Em 13-10-2016 13:20, Luiz Fernando Ranghetti escreveu:
