Package janus-gateway in Factory
HI! I'm currently playing with janus-gateway. This was already packaged in network:jangouts but is not in Factory. Given that the versatile and flexible janus-gateway is nowadays used in lots of WebRTC/SIP setups, especially useful during the pandemic, it should IMHO provided to a broader community via Factory. But where to put the devel repo? network:jangouts seems not to receive that much attention, especially I ran into an issue with outdated local package libwebsockets in this repo. Ciao, Michael.

If I don't receive any concrete request (like the one about enabling support for MQTT 3 months ago), all I do is basically updating the version during the first day of each SUSE Hack Week. I would be more than happy if someone wants to step in and take maintainership of janus-gateway, moving it to whatever apropiate devel project. The links in that project (gengetopt, libjansson, libwebsockets, etc.) are there because the corresponding packages are not present in SLE, and I wanted janus-gateway to be available in all versions of SLE and Leap, in addition to Tumbleweed.

If nobody disagrees, sounds good to me.
