You have to look at "rpm -q --changelog kdelibs4 | less" if it does not have the fix applied yet update your factory. Thanks. But I seem to be making a mistake. I thought I could use YaST to see the change log for packages I had not installed yet. But it seems I can only use YaST to see the change log for the version of the package I have. Let me install the latest package from Factory to see if Lubos's entry is in that package's change log.
