Bug? Worth a report? Hi Looks like it failed to build for the 4.1.3-2 kernel...... https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?project=Virtualization%3AVMware&package=open-vm-tools-KMP

The KMP package fails to build - you can 'safely' ignore this one though.. (brak dependencies for now) you only need the tools. There is only one kernel module left, which is the vmhgfs, which allows for easy host server access of file systems. All other modules have been merged into the kernel and the open-vm-tools will work without the vmhgfs module. As this is likely going to be broken for a while, I'll disable building of the KMP and remove the dependency on the kmp package for now. Well, I installed it, which triggered the installation of 13 things more (I forget which, but I can find out). open desktop tools was one. I wonder why the installation did not include any of them. Now I can resize the desktop, and copy-paste host-guest. Thanks :-) -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 13.1 x86_64 "Bottle" at Telcontar)
