No. It's not crashing because it cannot call drkonqi, rather the other way round: drkonqi is tried to be called because kdevelop crashes. For some reason it doesn't work, but that's not what causes the crash. So it shouldn't even try to load it I suppose, this might hint to an incompatible mix of packages. Can you post your repo list? zypper lr -d And where your kdevelop packages come from? rpm -qai kdevelop* Does it crash on a new user account too? KDevelop4 does have issues when built with GCC5 though, see here: https://forums.opensuse.org/showthread.php/508423-KDevelop-crash I've created a package with a fix (see the forum thread), you might try to install this and see if it helps.
