[opensuse-factory] Why don't we change to cdrtools ?

Joerg was adamant that Linux should change to handling CD's his way and no other and after much heated and protracted argument, there was a parting of ways - cdrkit which I thought was in no way based on cdrtools as the license didn't allow it. Last time I looked, cdrtools was under the CDDL in addition to Joerg's own original license. I can't see any enthusiasm for having to deal with that author again. Regards Sid.
The problem is that cdrkit is unmaintained and cdrtools is very active and we can support it better. If there's a problem with the license i think we should research and see if we can use it on O:F or not. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
