I've found why this issue happens. It is old bugfix, made as hack in file /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.common there are lines: # # Fix keyboard layout on newer Xservers (Bug #368673, Bug #433983) # xdpyinfo | grep -q "X.Org version: 6.9.0" || \ setxkbmap -print | xkbcomp - $DISPLAY when I commnet out it or remove, all works pretty good, no more strange keymaps, all keys works.
