Hi I did a zypper up yesterday on my openSUSE tumbleweed box and got a brand new shiny KDE 5. However I lost a few configuration options during this upgrade, specifically: 1) Swap capslock and mouse stopped working 2) Desktop workspace switching (virtual desktops/screens) went missing 3) Date and Time settings were not at all migrated 4) All window placement related keyboard shortcuts (maximize, move left/right etc.) are missing And the biggest annoyance of them all, there is no network-manager applet and I am not able to connect to any wireless network. Should I file bugs or are these already known issues ? What is the recommended way to connect to wireless now ? And make sure that plasma-nm5 is installed. It should be normally, as it is required by plasma5-session. Probably you got a conflict and chose the wrong solution? (plasma-nm5-xxx didn't obsolete plasma-nm-xxx so zypper would ask for a manual conflict resolution, this has been fixed already in the devel repo) Kind Regards, Wolfgang -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

For the other things: you'll have to reapply some settings in plasma5 -- Gertjan Lettink, a.k.a. Knurpht Official openSUSE Member openSUSE Forums Team -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
