[opensuse-factory] TW - Mouse is sticky in folder view on KDE Desktop after today's update

All, I have a folder view on KDE desktop. After a long press anywhere in the folder view, a menu item to move or modify the view is made visible. However, the mouse remains "sticky" after the mouse button is released. As the mouse is viewed with the folder, the icons are highlighted. The only way to cure this is to logout and log back in. Anyone else have this issue? Any solutions? Regards. Sudhir Anand Nry隊Z)z{.r+맲rz^ˬzN(֜^ ޭ隊Z)z{.r+0Ǩ

Thanks for letting me know. It is probably my setup. If it persists, I will delete kde4 directory to force a reset and see if the problem persists. Using the same KDE settings in 42.2, this does not occur. Regards. Yes, I am seeing weird behavior. It's not quite what you describe, but similar. I normally keep widgets locked. And I don't see this problem when they are locked. But, after unlocking to check, yes I see problems. I think I'll stick with my practice of keeping widgets locked. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

How do you lock widgets? -- Sudhir Anand -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

Right click on the desktop. It is one of the choices. Or: Alt-D L

This is https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=380354. A fix is being worked on upstream and is currently under review[1]. Once approved, we'll patch the packages to fix it.
