From your list, it's unclear which tool is out of date. Or are you
assuming that all tools should have a 1.1.1 version?

Partially that, and I remember looking at the Pulse Audio site and seeing a couple of those tools that indeed should be 1.1 now. I'll have to double check it if you don't beat me to it.
