[opensuse-factory] New package: libjaylink
Hello, Marc's libjaylink [1] is a library for using Segger J-Link [2] devices. Often found as USB interface on-board microcontroller development kits these days (Silicon Labs, Infineon, Renesas, Nordic among others) but also standalone as USB or Ethernet adapters, these debug probes allow interacting with ARM, RX and 8051 CPUs via JTAG or SWD among others. Much of the functionality of libjaylink was previously part of OpenOCD v0.9.0; this Factory submission serves to retain that functionality once we update the openocd package [3] to either a recent Git snapshot or the next stable release. I've tested libjaylink against OpenOCD Git versions for several months now and the only notable issue I once ran into was that - still lacking a stable release or API feature checks - updating openocd snapshots may create a dependency on a newer libjaylink snapshot. If that happens again we'll need to express openocd's dependency as 0.1.0~git.X date. Note that this package uses the new obs_scm service [4] but has it disabled and still generates a tarball via `osc service disabledrun`.
