[opensuse-factory] No active session after GNOME login/no ACLs are applied
It may be related to various problems with sound etc that were reported. I just found that there is no active session from the logind PoV so no ACL is applied so no access to devices. https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=811185 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

Logind has not changed in a few months, so you should look for the bug elsewhere. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

This looks like a bug we fixed for 12.3 final, where blogd calls in
initrd was preventing plymouth to properly monitor /dev/console and it
was screwing logind monitoring of /dev/console (preventing detection of
the active tty) (bnc#804458).
