[opensuse-factory] Adding 12.3 repo to Base:System

Base:System is usually a Factory Staging project only.
May be I misunderstand how it works, but when I branch package from Base:System I automatically get 12.1, 12.2 and several others. I do not ask to provide download *from* Base:System, but rather that branched packages get this possibility.
Ihn which package are you interested for 12.3?

...but 12.1, 12.2 are added as repositories to Base:System. It's just that they have build and publish disabled.
