Rather than using explanatory captions, YaST has always preferred to sacrifice user friendliness in favour of shorter phrases written in Camel Case, quite unfortunately. "Trusted Boot" refers to TrustedGrub2, which uses TPM to guard the integrity of bootloader and kernel/modules/etc, it is like doing secure boot on a system that does not support EFI.
