[opensuse-factory] Fallout from the Tumbleweed/13.1 transistion
While everything worked quite smoothly there are two things that I can't seem to get a handle on… 1. Emacs shows the cursor with inverse colors (not exactly inverse, but it seems to have chosen a "dark" theme rather than the light one that KDE and Firefox (another Gtk application) uses. I remember I've had to fiddle with this before, but I can't find where to even look. 2. Audacious (both the 3.3.4 version from Packman and the 3.4 version from the RedDwarf repo) refuses to show most of the buttons and the bitmap fonts in "Classic" (skinned) mode. I've traced it and it does load all skin files, but somehow only shows the main windows and a few buttons on the playlist, the buttons on the main window and all "display" text is missing. Otherwise it works when you know where to click and the Gtk interface doesn't show any problems. If anybody knows what is going on with these two, please let me know. I've just compiled the latest version 3.4.2 myself and everything works again. The error must have been somewhere in audacious-plugins… Regards, Achim. -- +<[Q+ Matrix-12 WAVE#46+305 Neuron microQkb Andromeda XTk Blofeld]>+ Wavetables for the Terratec KOMPLEXER: http://Synth.Stromeko.net/Downloads.html#KomplexerWaves -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org

That is caused by the Gtk3 Oxygen engine, which is still broken (somehow the settings.ini had been re-generated with Oxygen as the theme since I use that in KDE). Among the other effects: in file chooser the buttons that allow you to traverse the path don't work. Switched to Adwaita, which hopefully doesn't have these or other problems.
