Hello, I'd like to submit package "highlight" from devel:tools to Factory. highlight [1] is a CLI syntax highlighter. It recognizes a lot of languages and produces colored output in HTML, XHTML 1.1, RTF, TeX, LaTeX, SVG, BBCode and terminal escape sequences. Everything is customizable via Lua scripts. A Qt GUI is also available (highlight-gui subpackage). The project is actively maintained since 2002. Last version is 3.28 (15.02.2016).
