Can you please describe what you are doing to come to the conclusion that Tumbleweed download is slow? Are you using zypper? are you downloading from download.opensuse.org directly? Which tool are you using for that? can you reproduce using wget? Which mirror do you use when using wget? Hence the questions asking them to use wget, so we can actually see the results of that command, which include the actual mirror, so we start investigating it? That doesn't seem slow.. is zypper dup still slow for you? What does the zypper log say after that zypper dup?

After some checking it looks like it was my ISP. I was getting 350 KBs.all afternoon. Just now it's increased to 7.5 MBs. wget http://download.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/repo/oss/ARCHIVES.gz 100%[===============================>] 80,233,985 7.47MB/s in 25s Looks like they've upped my download speed..
