Yes, It was my explicit intention to submit revision 393 to factory/13.1 not any later, I did not made a mistake.. but apparently the "factory-repo-checker" does not like it.
am I supposed to be able to do this or the OBS cannot handle submissions of previous revisions ?

In short: yes, you can submit a specific revision, but it is required that this revision built at least once in OBS.
