Sorry kids, what's wrong with bugzilla.novell.com? Despite the fact that it uses the novell.com domain name?
Did you ever try a bugreport against bnc?
Yes, I did. But it' a long time back since I've done this with a non SUSE identity. Therefore your input and feedback counts more to me.
I did more than once, and the results are, well, very mixed. For example, user search[1] is still (and again - IIRC for the third time) disabled for non-novell/suse people, and that makes it really annoying to search for the correct assignee.
Bad and sad. These are real arguments! Can you please file bugs? :/
See https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=670590 and all the details in https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=682324 (non- public, because it would make the bugzilla team look $@§%$&!@$%§& ^W^W^W^W^W^W^W^W the policy for any bugreports against bugzilla is to make them non-public).
Sometimes I have the impression that the bugzilla team doesn't really care about requests that come from openSUSE :-(
We should have had a discussion on this while the conference. Nevertheless we must be able to addresse the issues even via list discussion. I'm not sure what's the best approach to address this after 12.1 is out. But it would be a shame if the end of this thread is all we got.
