[opensuse-factory] Confirm permission to use klamav name

Whan submitting update to the klamav package I faced a resistence from the legal team: clamav is a registered trademark (3475248 and 3475245) of Sourcefire, Inc. Can you confirm that permission exists from Sourcefire, Inc to use the KDE3 frontend with the very similar name klamav? https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=746338 I think I cannot provide such permission.
