Hello everyone,
With the upcoming Leap release the Board is working to help Ludwig produce the best release ever, or to be honest just better than the previous one.

Apropos testing:
What kind of "zypper dup" upgrade will be offically allowed?
Beyond Leap 42.1 -> 42.2 , would a openSUSE 13.2 -> Leap42.2 be tested as 'upgrade path' ?
IMHO it should be tested at least once to give a offical statement (e.g. impossible / possible but... / works if no extra repo)
Thank you for your consideration.
These are somethings which I would expect the volunteer(s) within the Release Team to test & decide upon in conjunction with Ludwig, the Release Manager. I'd consider Leap 42.1 > 42.2 as a minimum acceptable, obviously more upgrade starting points is always desirable, but not always viable. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
