Aw! Snap is the only information showing on the chromium page. Same as with version 53.0.2785.101-1.1. Hoped that this new version would give me a working chromium back. Solutions in sight?
in the mean time you can use chromium --no-sandbox not ideal but work.
Does not work for me though.
Did not work for me either but i tried a second time but used an incorrect option by mistake and it worked
chromium --no-sandbox
Chromium reports the error once it loads and opened all the tabs i had and worked.

And when is the sandbox back and Chromium again functional? (no sandbox is not a solution, if it is considered a workaround ...I consider a workaround FF since the sandbox is the only reason why I use in some occasion Chromium).
I consider it a work around, i'll be using a different browser until its fixed. I thought it was worth mentioning if someone wanted to keep using it and it surprised me to see a bad option make it go from unusable to usable.
Doh.. It wasn;t a bad option, just unsupported... Ignore me
