Did zypper report some error conditions about "lua triggers not installed" and then errors about glibc not at the expected revision when it failed to install the new filesystem package? If so, you might have encountered the very same problem that I have reported on the support mailing list.
I can't see anything. Due to the fact that a look in logs are not possible
While the system executables themselves may be trashed, you could still analyze the filesystem afterwards with a live CD.
