perhaps something particular to your installation. did not happen on my 7 boxes. but it was a large upgrade.
Any existing dependency should have come up in an earlier dup already, which is not the case. So it seems to be a new depedency....
zypper al python310-base zypper dup zypper rl python310-base zypper dup see what gets upgraded, that'll be the culprit
