No, it's not blocked ;-) but the text "Tested on openSUSE" comes from a template, so it isn't directly visible in the page source. This section: {{Knowledge| *[[Portal:42.3|42.3]] *[[Portal:42.2|42.2]] *[[Portal:42.1|42.1]] *[[Portal:13.2|13.2]] *[[Portal:13.1|13.1]] *[...] is what appears as "Tested on openSUSE" You could even edit the Knowledge template to change the text "Tested on openSUSE" - but be aware that this will affect all pages that use this template.
