I think so, too. I am a little bit surprised that it is not yet available, but I am too far away from the gory details on the snapshot releases to say more about it.

Yes, the ansible package contains many community collections. The best list of collections included in the new "ansible" package that I found is the list of changed and unchanged collections in the release:
