Oracle has released a new major release of VirtualBox in beta. We will not be submitting that for distribution to the users, but we are building and testing it to discover the pitfalls, and any bugs for reporting to Oracle. The build for Tumbleweed was a slog, but we got it done. Building for Leap 15.4 caused some additional problems, but those are now solved. With Leap 15.3 builds, I get the following: larry@localhost:~/home:lwfinger:branches:Virtualization/virtualbox> osc build --clean 15.3 ... Getting buildconfig from server and store to /home/larry/home:lwfinger:branches:Virtualization/virtualbox/.osc/_buildconfig-15.3-x86_64 Getting buildinfo from server and store to /home/larry/home:lwfinger:branches:Virtualization/virtualbox/.osc/_buildinfo-15.3-x86_64.xml buildinfo is broken... it says: unresolvable: nothing provides dwarves >= 1.22 needed by kernel-preempt-devel (got version 1.19-bp153.1.13) nothing provides dwarves >= 1.22 needed by kernel-default-devel (got version 1.19-bp153.1.13) I booted Leap 15.3 and discovered that dwarves version 1.22 is found on the running system, thus it is in the updates repo. Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem? Thanks, Larry
