Afterwords I installed dns_server, dhcpd, nis_server and nfs_server. I cofigured all via yast2 <servicename>. All works fine, only problem is the nis_server. After configuration, I closed yast window an during generation of the configfiles, there was an error, but if I open the log via button in the message, it was empty. Afterwords yast2 nis_server crashes during reading of the configfiles with: ----- Internal error. Please report a bug report with logs. Run save_y2logs to get complete logs.

YaST already gave you the best advice - please open a bugreport for YaST, and attach the logs as collected by save_y2logs. For your actual problem, I'm afraid I don't have a solution, but at least a possible workaround: Downgrade to an earlier Tumbleweed snapshot. The easiest way to do this is via tumbleweed-cli (see https://review.tumbleweed.boombatower.com/about.html for details). See http://download.opensuse.org/history/ for available snapshots.
