[opensuse-factory] Kernel 4.13.1 breaks Intel mobile Graphics

Did an update on an old ASUS eeePC to the above TW. With Kernel 4.13.1, 2/3 of the screen is black. Switching back to Kernel 4.12.11 fixes the problem. Graphics chip is a Intel mobile GM945 GM https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1058870 Anyone else sees this problem?
