May be none at all, may be quite a lot, depending on what hardware you use. Kernels will always be upgraded to offer diverse benefits such as additional hardware support, better performance, security, changes in the way certain things are implemented, etc. Regards Sid.
Yes I know. One of the users that we were helping on the pre-release forum could not get his 2T Seagate recognized by the kernel. A bug report has been submitted to Bugzilla. Does any one know if we will be enabling GPT and have it on be default. I know that RedHat and CenTOS have this on by deafult. Cheers!
