Again, choose ONE mail list, and stay there.
If you think it should be the factory mail list, fine, use factory, but send emails only there.
It is against the rules, and it is so for a reason. Do not argue.
What is "It" and which rules do you refer to?
cross-posting,
Thanks for clarifying!
ie: posting the *same* mail to more than one list. http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=8&cad=rja&ved=0...
Nice.
http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Mailing_list_netiquette This page contained specific reference addressing cross-posting but it appears to have been removed ???
I had already checked, and didn't see the word "cross" in the complete wiki page history. That's why I was confused about which rule was being broken. Maybe someone should document the "rule" before we threaten to ban people from mailing lists for not respecting it. I've already added the part about threats. -Scott -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
