As I already mentioned 2 weeks ago (http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-factory/2015-05/msg00147.html), I maintain a repo on OBS with Plasma5/KF5 packages that install to /opt/kf5 and therefore don't conflict with KDE4.
I've read this and it's interesting in that it seems to do exactly what is supposedly impossible to do.
Well, I had to use dirty hacks in packaging and even patch the source code in some places so that certain things do not conflict with KDE4. On a distribution level this would be rather impossible to do IMHO, or at least hard to maintain.
In any case, I'm on Tumbleweed and this is sufficiently far from 13.2 that the risk of going back seems too high to me. So I don't see how your repo would currently be of help to me.
My repo is available for Tumbleweed as well, actually since the new Tumbleweed exists (for Factory even longer). See the mentioned mail, that contains an URL for the *Tumbleweed* version of my repo. Otherwise I wouldn't have even mentioned it here.
