You are missing gstreamer-plugins-ugly which has mpeg123 mp3 support. Also available in Tumbleweed, gstreamer-plugins-libav will use all of the codecs from packman's ffmpeg. Installing gstramer-plugins-libav and installing libavcodec57, libavformat57 and libavutil55 from packman will cover any audio and video codecs you may need. Tumbleweed ffmpeg also has mp3 support.
