[opensuse-factory] Heads-up: Kernel 5.9.1 in Snapshot 20201026+

Dear Tumbleweed users, I would like to inform you that Snapshot 20201025 will be the last one to be released with a kernel from the 5.8 family (in fact, 5.8.15, which was there since 1020 - no later updates) Starting with Snapshto 20201026, the kernel will be bumped to Version 5.9.1 (and newer in the future).
