Sorry for the delay in responding. I can't remember exactly what the last kernel was, but i'm guessing it was 3.4.5. Have not tried kernel-vanilla-3.4.6, i am running kernel-desktop. I have noticed that there is a new update to 3.5, so will update to this and see if that improves anything. Regards, Trent On 27 July 2012 18:30, Jiri Slaby <jslaby@suse.cz> wrote:

However since i ran zypper dup last week and updated the kernel to 3.4.6-34, this display instability has returned.
What was the last working kernel? 3.4.5? Does kernel-vanilla-3.4.6 work?
