I'm sorry to say, but I agree. The main selling point of SUSE was in my experience, that everything worked out of the box. And not just worked,
I think the issue is having proprietary binary-only drivers in the kernel vs. userspace. If those drivers are modified to be in userspace, SUSE will ship them on the media and it would work out-of-the-box. Is this right?
