I'll be more specific: the team at Novell that develop SUSE Linux, be it openSUSE, SLES and/or SLED.
Let me repeat: "Nonononononono!" :-) openSUSE is a community project. Sure, it's sponsored by Novell and sure Novell employees are doing a huge part of the work. But it's still a project where everybody can step up. You don't have to be a Novell employee to do the right thing. It doesn't mean you absolutely have to do the right thing, but that you're empowered to do so and you can be part of the interface between the end users and the upstream developers.
