Steven,
obviously, the opensuse servers suffer from a huge backlog due to the (more of less) full rebuild of everything Factory..., that needs to spread out to the mirrors.
Guess, we're all in for a patience training session now ;-)
Cheers, Pete
In fact there is a serious problem for me with: http://download.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/repo/ it won't refresh at all, https://status.opensuse.org/ says "Partial Outage" for the mirroring infrastructure but it's impossible to install a debug package because of this, I tried the only German mirror for Tumbleweed repo but it also doesn't work. I've succeeded with: http://mirror.sfo12.us.leaseweb.net/opensuse/tumbleweed/repo/oss/ which is one of only 4 Tumbleweed repo mirrors listed but there are apparently no debug mirrors.
