All,
I just did "zypper in filezilla" which brought in several packages, but when I try to run it I'm getting an error:
filezilla Fatal Error: Mismatch between the program and library build versions detected. The library used 2.8 (no debug,Unicode, compiler with C++ ABI 1002,wx containers, compatible with 2.6), and wxXML used 2.8 (no debug,Unicode, compiler with C++ ABI 1002,STL containers, compatible with 2.6). Aborted
2.8 was a bit of a mess (package wise). I would love to look into that, but given that openSUSE:13.2/filezilla already has a new Filezilla version that uses wx3 (which I have tested under Factory and found working), I am suddenly feeling lazy looking into that wx2.8 problem ... ;-)
IOW, the problem should go away between your -beta1 version and the final one.
I installed filezilla and approx 10 dependencies from factory and it seems to work fine. I did very light testing but at least the gui launched. Greg -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
