If not upgrade via "yast2 wagon" will not work for the11.3 lifetime (ie. all 18 months). At least for now it does not appear fixable via online updates due to how wagon is used..

Distribution upgrade from 11.2 => 11.3 via "yast2 wagon" is broken. Last tested 12 hrs ago, but a proposed fix just went into a obs home directory a few hours ago. There seems to be a lot of confusion in that bug what wagon is about. I appreciate your effort getting it fixed/usable, but I don't think fixing the bug will make it a supported upgrade path.
