You can 't opt out from the journal or systemd, both are required components in the same sense the kernel is required or a shell is required.
I instructed you how to disable the journal storage. I think that is enough.
If you do not want those components, take a look at few distributions that do not currently use systemd ,the list gets shorter and shorter everyday, because systemd has become the de-facto init system by now.currently the exceptions are debian and slackware (but they wont be for much long I think)
