an excellent err msg as one has no control at this point.
NET 182 will not install hanging at 3% ....
see two newer iso's, #189. Downloading for trial......
NET was 189, KDE is 187
but makes no difference. Neither is functional :^(.
How is *anyone* testing 12.3, m0/m1/??
I cannot even use the live KDE disk to chroot into an unbootable 12.3m1.
To achieve a workable system, dl an old NET iso, I used openSUSE-NET-x86_64-Build0147-Media.iso I have a successful install, running, which I immediately updated and rebooted, again successfully. I did not use lvm but will do another install and try with it. My last several attempts with btrfs all failed. Until I see someone using it successfully on factory, I will not try it again. There really is tooooo much wrong with the factory iso's at this stage. It is impossible to test something which will not boot. -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA HOG # US1244711 http://wahoo.no-ip.org Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2 http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://linuxcounter.net -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
