OK, it looks like the good folks at LINBIT will be able to provide some assistance getting Heartbeat on openSUSE updated to the latest version (3.0.x.). openSUSE 11.3 obviously still includes 2.99.3, but at least we should be able to get the current version into Factory some time in the not too distant future.
