[opensuse-factory] Encoding errors in Kmail since last update

Hi, apologies for sending a html message. Since yesterday's update of the KDE packages to 19.12.1, 5.17.5 and Qt 5.14 (from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Qt:/5.14/ openSUSE_Leap_15.1/) html e-mails from (probably) Microsoft Outlook e-mails have encoding errors in German. ä => ä üß => üß Anybody else seeing this?
