It was more "no Qt3 based apps running by default on KDE4 desktop" and we admittedly failed to achieve that goal (knetworkmanager). Getting there and having no Qt3 based apps in the default install at all will be one of our goals for next release: http://en.opensuse.org/KDE/Ideas/11.2 I hope that Quanta and K3b will be ready fo that time.. Well, Quanta is not in default installation but k3B... Bye.
