Having OBS and letting users add custom repos or even build own stuff is one of the major features of openSUSE. It's pronounced at many official openSUSE pages. Perhaps you should at least _try_ to take a bit care to not break official use cases. Filling up existing directories with files is a very very usual thing done by many users. Somehow you should care about these files while you are rampaging through /.
