The NFS server now seems to expect a file at /etc/nfs.conf.local and won't export shares without it being present. Doing # exportfs -ra gives this output: # exportfs: config error at /etc/nfs.conf:12: error loading included config line 12 is the one containing
include = /etc/nfs.conf.local
It's happy with an empty file too. Is this expected behaviour?

This was first introduced with commit [1], some time after the release of nfs-utils 2.1.1 (the previous version in Factory). The change finally made it to Factory with version 2.3.3 from snapshot 20190909.
