[opensuse-factory] LXDM throws me out to a console on logout

Hi After the first boot, any user can use LXDM to lopgin. upon logging out, the user is sent to the cli console. init 3 and init 5 from that point presents the LXDM screen again but no one can login. Entereing the password throws one back at the LXDM screen. I have switched to lightdm and that works OK. Any ideas? Anyone else?
