[opensuse-factory] Dropping packages courier-* and *fam*

Already in openSUSE 12.1 the fam service does not work. This remains the same in 12.2. The family of courier packages depends on this service. The alternative is to use dovecot, which does not need the fam service. So I propose to drop the family of courier and fam packages from the openSUSE distribution. -- fr.gr.
